GEONG SmartBoxTM and SmartExpress are off-the-shelf software licensed products to address specific management issues. The initial and primary target customers are the more than 4 million SMEs in China. It deploys the latest generation of collaboration management software technology and is developed based on the most well-known and practical PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) principle in management. At the corporate level, PDCA principle forms the Plan-Do-Check-Act-Forecast structure for business management. At the department or project level, PDCA principle directs management on effective action planning. At the operations level, it guides managers and employees on daily work planning and task execution. Full collaboration and content management functions are provided through a user friendly electronic desktop interface. SmartBoxTM is particularly helpful to management of fast growing small and medium sized enterprises. Today, GEONG SmartBoxTM includes 6 licensed modules, namely SmartExpress/SmartGroup, SmartSales, SmartProduct, SmartProject, SmartISO and SmartService. GEONG SmartBoxTM was awarded as one of the 100 Most Innovative Products in 2006, and Outstanding IT Product for SMEs in 2007 in China. The English version of SmartBoxTM was developed in our Canadian R&D center in Vancouver and was formally announced in August 2007.
