Executive Chairman
joined GEONG since its incorporation and has served as the Chairman of the Board since Jan 2002. From 1997 to 1999, Mr. Tse served as the Managing Director of Compaq China. He worked for IBM from 1967 to 1997, and his last position was GM of IBM Personal Computer Company, China. He received a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Chief Executive Officer
is a founder of GEONG which was incorporated in Sep 2000. From 1996 to 2000, Mr. Wang found and served as GM of Mandarin International Software Ltd, and was acquired by GEONG in 2000. From 1992 to 1996, Mr. Wang found and served as Chief Technology Officer of Advanced Business Solutions Ltd. which was acquired by Hisun in 2000 (Hisun is a public listed company in HK). He received his M.S. degree in Automation from Tsinghua University.

Chief Technology Officer
Mr.Minren Guan has served as Chief Technology Officer of GEONG since September 2000. From 1996 to 2000, he served as the technical support leader of the banking and financial services institute team at IBM China. He was assigned to work at the IBM research and development laboratory before he joined GEONG. He participated in the 1996–1997 Association of Computing Machinery International Collegiate Programming Contest, sponsored by Microsoft. His team advanced as one of the worldwide contest's 50 finalists and finished second place in the Asia Regional Programming Contest. He received his Masters degree in Computer Science from Shanghai Jiaotong University, China.

Non-executive Director 
Founder of Bayshore Consulting and Services Company Ltd, Bayshore is now one of the leaders in providing IT services to Bank of China. From 2000 to 2003, Mr. Yuan worked in Hi Sun Group as Chief Executive Officer. From 1990 to 2000 he worked at IBM China Company Limited for 11 years and he was promoted to be the General Manager of Channel Business.  Mr. Yuan holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Tsinghua University, China.

Non-executive Director 
Professor of International Management and Asian Business at INSEAD in Fontainebleu and Singapore , and Chairman of the global hedge-fund manager, Tactical Global Management Limited and Chairman of an e-learning company, Imparta Ltd. His business career began in banking with Merrill Lynch in London, Sydney and New York. This was followed by four years with The Boston Consulting Group before joining the London Business School where he taught strategic management and directed executive programmes in Japan and South East Asia. In 1990, he became Dean of MBA Programmes and this was followed by an appointment as Visiting Professor of Global Strategy and Management at Harvard Business School. He has acted as consultant on business strategy and international expansion, as well as serving on the boards of numerous companies throughout the Asia-Pacific region as well as in Europe and North America. His research and publications span globalisation, strategy in Asian markets, acquisitions and alliances, and strategic innovation. Mr. Williamson holds a degree in economics and a PhD in Business Economics at Harvard University.
