Founded in 2000 with headquarters in Beijing, China, GEONG International Ltd (LSE AIM: GNG.L) is a leading supplier of Business Operations and Management Execution Solutions. The Company - listed in the London Stock Exchange (AIM) since June 2006 - was the first Chinese based company listed outside of China that is engaged in enterprise content management (ECM). GEONG International's core product offerings include content management, collaborative management and enterprise portals. In July 2007, GEONG successfully raised its second round of capital from several overseas strategic investors.
The Company currently operates its business through its branch offices and R&D centers that have three locations in China: Shanghai, Guangzhou, Hong Kong and one in Canada: Vancouver.
GEONG provides business solutions to its customers that focus on Execution and management execution based on the leading ECM (Enterprise Content Management) technology. Our customers in China include top five banks, 12 of the top 20 securities companies, 4 of the top 10 mutual fund companies, 2 of the top 5 insurance companies, 3 of the top 4 futures exchanges as well as the top 3 automobile manufacturers. In addition, the Company also serves many of the world’s top 500 enterprises such as IBM, Dell, Motorola and Sony.
GEONG's long-term strategic partners include IBM, Microsoft, Oracle (BEA), and SAP etc. The Company is actively pursuing an expansion of its market outside of mainland China through its offices in England, Canada and Hong Kong.
